We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Account Information
Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information when:
- Submitting enquiry forms
- Registering for courses
- Creating student accounts
- Updating personal information
3.2 Conduct Requirements
Users agree to:
- Respect teachers, staff, and fellow students
- Maintain discipline in classes and premises

5. Fees and Payment
5.1 Fee Structure

5.2 Payment Terms
Payments must be made according to the following terms:
- Fees must be paid before course commencement
- Payment methods: Cash, Bank Transfer, UPI, or other approved methods
- Installment options may be available for long-term courses
- Late payment may attract penalties
5.3 Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- Before Course Start: Full refund minus registration fee (if any)
- After Course Start: No refund unless exceptional circumstances

6. Attendance and Punctuality

10. Termination
10.1 Termination by User
Users may terminate their enrollment by:
- Providing written notice to the Institute
- Following the withdrawal procedure
- Settling all outstanding fees
- Returning Institute materials and property
10.2 Termination by Institute
The Institute may terminate enrollment for:
- Non-payment of fees
- Violation of terms or misconduct
- Poor attendance or academic performance
- Behavioral issues affecting other students
- Force majeure circumstances

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:
